ENODO participates to the European congress INTERMODES



On Feb. 4th and 5th 2009, ENODO had the great honor to participate to the second edition of INTERMODES, is the first international convention devoted to inter-modality in passenger transport, intended for transport sector professionals.
Jean-Baptiste Reynes, CEO of ENODO, was invited to come to Brussels , capital city of Europe, along with 300 other congressmen coming from the 27 countries of the European Union
ENODO had been contacted in order to converse during the round table conference entitled  “The contribution of industry and operators to communities”.

The remarked participation of JB Reynes allowed to enrich the debate animated by other members :
Alex Veitch, Integrated Transport Manager, Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC)
Michel Jadot, General Director , Passengers International, SNCB
Richard Dujardin, CEO British Islands, Ireland & Benelux, Veolia Transport
Olivier Mietzsch, Co-Chair of the Transport Working Group, Comity of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR)

INTERMODES objective is to create an exchange platform between all international players in the passenger transport sector in order to bring and share concrete solutions to build Europe’s sustainable mobility.

INTERMODES is aimed at all international players in the passenger transport sector:  elected officials, international authorities, community groups, manufacturers, operators, researchers wishing to contribute towards perfecting intermodality on the domestic and European levels and/or developing solutions that promote intermodality.

Intended for transport sector professionals, it is aimed at the 27 member states.
 
The next edition will take place Feb 3rd & 4th 2010 in Brussels.
